Bag in Box packages will find their application in the HORECA industry. You can store oils, fats, postmix, sauces, ketchups, mayonnaises, tea syrups, concentrates (also in large 220 liter bags), fruit pulp, soups and broths.

Packages

Among the available solutions, we have bags whose contents can be heated or boiled to directly obtain the finished product. We also produce special bags for storing oil, made of materials that guarantee very high tightness. The presence of a blue film eliminates the risk of confusing the package with the food product. The use of Bag in Box technology during storage and transportation reduces warehousing and shipping costs.

Structure

Bag in Box packages consist of two types of film, which in total makes 4 layers. The first, placed inside the package, is a transparent LDPE film.

The outer layer can be adapted to the requirements of the stored product.

Available outer film options:

EVOH film (Ethylene vinyle alcohol) is a modern copolymer of vinyl alcohol and ethylene with a high barrier to gases and water vapor. It is a transparent or colored (white or blue) film, which is recycled after appropriate selection.
Metallized film is a laminate of LLDPE film, between which a layer of aluminum is applied. This film is also distinguished by high barrier properties. Due to its opaque coating, it is recommended for light-sensitive

The other elements of the package are a collar and a tap or stopper.

Cardboard boxes

The bags can be used as individual packaging or enclosed in a compatible carton, creating a product ideal for retail. The carton packaging can also be personalized with your own branding.
