We are improving the production process and implementing innovative solutions.
Ecological materials Caring for the environment, we work with materials suitable for recycling, and also reduce the amount of raw materials that cannot be recycled. We are working on replacing metallized films and films made of several materials – films of a special composition, with the highest mechanical properties.
Thanks to the establishment of the Research and Development Center, we have created and implemented technologically innovative products, the main of which are:
Development and production of 220 l bags.
We created this product as a single whole – from development and launch of production to sales and distribution – the scale of this project is unique for the Company. To make this possible, we established cooperation with relevant suppliers of individual raw materials and, thanks to the development of appropriate quality control methods, stabilized the production process. This allowed us to deliver the same quality product with each subsequent batch. We created 220 l bags in 4 versions: high-barrier, standard barrier, transparent hot-pour bags and freezer bags.
Development and production of deep-freezing bags.
This type of bag is used for bottling milk, products such as egg mass and some food concentrates. These bags are made of specially selected films, thanks to which they withstand deep freezing in the range from -20°C to -30°C. We have created packages with capacities: 5 l, 10 l, 20 l and 220 l.
Using Ultra Clean production technology
The new production line allows the production of bags with a higher class of cleanliness to ensure greater safety in bottling aseptic products. Such properties can be obtained by using the sterilization process.
