Bag in Box packages are ideal for the chemical industry, as they can store both liquid and semi-liquid products. We have packaging suitable for cosmetic products - cream bases, disinfectants, cleaning gels, soaps and detergents, as well as motor oils, spray fluids, adhesives, paints, liquid fertilizers or additives for the food industry, such as dyes, aromatic compounds, emulsifiers, thickeners.

It is possible to produce ADR-certified packaging with a UN mark, suitable for the storage and transportation of hazardous materials (e.g. adhesives, solvents, bases produced in the form of chemical synthesis). Structure

Bag in Box packages consist of two types of film, which in total makes 4 layers. The first, placed inside the package, is a transparent LDPE film.

The outer layer can be adapted to the requirements of the product being stored.

Available outer film options:

EVOH film (Ethylene vinyle alcohol) is a modern copolymer of vinyl alcohol and ethylene with a high barrier to gases and water vapor. It is a transparent or colored (white or blue) film, which is recycled after appropriate selection.
Metallized film is a laminate of LLDPE film, between which a layer of aluminum is applied. This film is also distinguished by high barrier properties. Due to its opaque coating, it is recommended for light-sensitive

The bags can be used as individual packaging or enclosed in a compatible carton, creating a product ideal for retail. The carton packaging can also be personalized with your own branding.
